To start shipping with C-Xpress Shipping & Logistics you will need: A valid TRN, your contact information and your shipping details. Some shipments may require additional information, if that’s the case, we’ll notify you promptly so your package can be shipped without delay.
Yes, and it's important. An invoice or proof of purchase helps customs process your package accurately and assess any duties correctly. If you don't have one, give us a heads-up before your package arrives. Please make the effort to upload invoices under pre-alerts to avoid shipping issues and delays.
Customs duties are set by Jamaican customs authorities — not us. Any fees owed will need to be settled before your package can be released for pickup or delivery. Duties are generally charged on shipment with invoices over $100USD and in some cases if your vendor ships orders together that were checked out independently, but the value is over $100USD.
Yes, we offer purchasing assistance. Simply pay us locally and provide your confirmed order details, and we’ll place the order for you. Please note: You are responsible for all additional charges, including shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, service fees, and any other costs associated with the purchase. Terms and conditions apply.
Yes, packages can be stored for up to 12 days after they are ready for pick-up. After 12 days, a daily storage fee of $50JMD will apply until the package is collected. Packages stored for 30 days without communication may be considered abandoned and may be sold or disposed of according to company policy. Tip: Please contact us to arrange pick-up if you need more time.
Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
Yes, high-value items (e.g. phones, laptops) may attract additional processing or customs-related fees. Please reach out to us for more information.
At this time, we do not currently offer package consolidation. However, it’s a service we may consider adding in the future as we continue improving our operations.
